Introducing Our New Blog
Hi! Welcome to our very first official Well Fed blog post. We’re thrilled that you’re here to
learn more about nutrition, food as fuel, and delicious ways to prepare dishes!
You know my sister, Meagan, from her amazing website and her incredible recipes. She earned her Master of Science degree in Nutrition in 2019 and is a registered dietitian. For the past few years she’s worked as a clinical dietitian at a Boston hospital, a private nutrition consultant, and a food blogger and recipe developer. (She’s a busy gal!)
And now she’s asked me, her sister, to help run her blog! I’m Anna, and I’m Meagan’s younger sister (by fourteen months; we’re practically twins and I love telling everyone so). I insisted that Meagan and I wear the same outfits until we were way too old, I copied all her taste in music, and I idolize her for very obvious reasons. She’s my best friend and one of the smartest people I know.
My sister is remarkable, and she has completely changed my relationship with food. Because of her, I’m better cook (it’s not so scary anymore), a more thoughtful grocery shopper (waaaay less takeout in front of the TV), and a much more energized person (without the extra shots of espresso from Starbucks, thankyouverymuch).
I’m a writer by trade, so we thought this collaboration would be a lot of fun for us to fuse our skills and create a resource for you all. We hope you enjoy coming along with us to explore all things nutrition! Stay tuned for more blog posts coming your way soon.
