mini white chocolate chip blondies

these are the perfect sweet treat 🤍 they have a fluffy inside and crispy outside, an overall texture and taste that sort of reminds me of a scone!


1 cup AP flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1/3 cup butter

1/3 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup white sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 egg

2 tbsp water

1 cup mini white chocolate chips (measure with your heart 😉)


1. preheat oven to 350F

2. to a large mixing bowl add flour, baking soda, and salt

3. mix everything together

4. in a smaller separate mixing bowl add butter and sugars

5. mix sugars and butter together and then add to the flour in the larger mixing bowl

6. add vanilla extract, egg, and water

7. mix to form a cohesive dough

8. add mini white chocolate chips as desired

9. transfer batter to a 8x8” pan lined with parchment

10. flatten to fit the pan and sprinkle some more white chocolate chips on top

11. bake for 15 mins and let cool

12. cut into bite sized squares and enjoy!
