mini naan pesto lemon pizzas

These mini pizzas made using whole wheat naan are refreshing and delicious, and take less than 30 mins to make! Add a dollop of pesto and mozzarella cheese, and place into the oven to melt the cheese. Top with tomato, microgreens, pistachios, and a squeeze of lemon.

2 multigrain mini naan

1 tbsp pesto

2 oz mozzarella cheese

4 slices heirloom tomato

1/2 cup microgreens

1 tbsp pistachios

1/4 tsp black pepper


  1. preheat oven to 350F

  2. place 2 naan on a sheet pan and top with pesto and mozzarella (1/2 tsp pesto and 1 oz mozzarella on each naan)

  3. place into the oven for 15 mins until cheese is melted and naan is warm and crispy

  4. top with tomato slices, microgreens, pistachios, and black pepper, and enjoy!
