caprese skewers
I’ve got you covered for your next potluck or bbq! I made these to bring as an appetizer to my friends and they were so delicious! Perfect for sharing because they’re on individual skewers, and perfect for a summer bbq because they’re so refreshing.

ingredients (makes around 20 skewers)
3, 10 oz containers of cherry tomatoes
2, 8 oz containers of ciliegine mozzarella
1 package of fresh basil leaves
fig glaze
sea salt

recipe
1. to a skewer, add a cherry tomato, then mozzarella, then basil leaf, then tomato, then mozzarella, then basil leaf, then tomato
2. repeat until you’ve filled all your skewers (makes about 20)
3. add a pinch of sea salt, drizzle with fig glaze, and enjoy!
