These sweet treats are made with just 5-ingredients and don't require any baking! They’re dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan.
You can either eat the dough raw or make these truffle bites with the recipe below!
ingredients
1/3 cup peanut butter (I use Teddie brand)
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp water
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
recipe (makes 8 truffles)
1. mix all ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl
2. roll into small bite-sized balls around 1” thick in diameter
3. freeze for 30-45 mins
4. melt dark chocolate chips for a chocolate drizzle on top (use a little coconut oil to make it extra creamy) and enjoy!
prep time: 1 hour with freeze time, 5 minutes if you’re just making the dough!
